Leaving your safe domestic environment and being in the company of other people may bring extra tension and insecurity. You may dread facing your colleagues again. Discuss with your boss or (company) doctor the ways in which you could make a new start as quickly as possible. At the moment that you resume work, you may notice that you can’t concentrate very well or that you find your work less important than you used to. And perhaps you aren’t up to the job in the same way anymore. If so, discuss with your boss and (company) doctor how to tackle these issues.
