It is possible that you develop complaints as a result. Fortunately, these often disappear of their own accord. People are resilient; they usually have a natural ability to restore their health. This website focuses on ‘empowerment’, and aims to explain and clarify normal reactions to distressing events and offers you tools to help you cope with and process the overwhelming event on your own as much as possible.
